What You’ll Do
As an RBT at Orange4Kidz, you’ll:
Work one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and life skills.
Follow therapy plans designed by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
Use play, activities, and positive reinforcement to encourage progress.
Be a trusted partner for families along their child’s journey.
